REGULATIONS
·
Permanent visas based on investment may
be granted to applicants who will invest
a minimum of US$ 200,000.00 in Brazil.
·
Main aspects to be considered in the
Ministry of Labour and Employment’s
analysis of the investment project:
compatibility of resources with the
investment proposed, nature of the
enterprise with its relevance in terms
of technology transfer; productivity,
and social interest.
·
Memorandum of association of the company
to which the investment will be made,
duly registered.
·
Certificate of registration of
investment of foreign capital, issued by
the Brazilian Central Bank (Banco
Central do Brasil).
·
Technical details of the investment and
a plan for absorption of Brazilian
manpower.
·
Passport should be valid for at least
six months.
·
Applicants must have lived in the
Bulgaria for at least one year prior to
the visa application.
·
First entry into Brazil must be made
within 90 days from the date the visa is
issued. It is the responsibility of the
applicant to make sure the application
is lodged accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A VISA APPLICATION
·
Passport (the Consulate reserves the
right not to endorse soiled, damaged or
defaced passports).
·
Photocopy of the identifying pages of
the passport authenticated by the
Consulate.
·
Two apllication forms completed and
signed by the applicant.
·
Two passport-size photographs.
·
Certificate of Prosecution/Conviction
History .Certificate of
Prosecution/Conviction . This document
may be obtained at a Reginonal Tribunal
of Justice or at the Sofia Municipal
Tribunal of Justice. Note that it may
take up to 10 days for the document to
be issued.
·
Certificate of vaccination, if necessary
(see information enclosed).
