REGULATIONS 

·         Foreigners travelling to Brazil as performers, artistes and sportspersons and who will receive remuneration from a Brazilian source require this type of visa. In this case, a work contract approved by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour and Employment is necessary. It is the responsibility of the sponsor, promoter or employer to make all necessary arrangements in Brazil, prior to the lodging of the application for the visa.

·         Passport should be valid for at least six months.

·         First entry into Brazil must be made within 90 days from the date the visa is issued. It is the responsibility of the applicant to make sure the application is lodged accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE VISA APPLICATION

·         Passport (the Consulate reserves the right not to endorse soiled, damaged or defaced passports).

·         Two application forms, completed and signed by the applicant.

·         Two passport-size photograph.

·         Certificate of vaccination, if necessary (see enclosed information).

Consular fee  US$ 40.00 ( dollars)

·         All consular fees should be paid in cash (US dollars) at the Consulate.
